Your Tasks
* Support of an extensive IT landscape that relies on on-premise services as well as cloud services (mainly Office 365, Azure)
* Evaluation, testing and integration of new software solutions as part of independent projects
* Creating and maintaining system documentation, including configuration details, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
* Monitoring, diagnosis and troubleshooting of the central infrastructure as well as 2nd level support
* Onboarding of new devices in the OT environment
Your Profile
* Completed higher IT education (University, FH) or relevant practical experience, e.g. from a job in the field of IT infrastructure or system administration
* Knowledge of Windows server environments, infrastructure, and network technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
* Motivated to work independently in a varied IT infrastructure landscape
* Understanding of processes and project management as well as a high willingness to learn is desirable
* Strong communication skills in both German and English

Minimum Salary: Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 47,810.14.
Earliest Entry Date: This position is to be filled immediately.
