Because we believe that your career path should be as unique as you are.Your new adventurePoint of contact for key suppliers in negotiation commercial terms across locations.Development and implementation of sourcing strategies for key material and non-material categories.Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and contracting processes.Align closely with engineering, logistics, and production on part/business needs.Conduct market analysis to identify new sources and manage risk exposure.Monitor market cost changes and initiate cost reduction initiatives.Support make-or-buy and total cost of ownership evaluations.Manage supplier escalations and resolve delivery or quality issues.Represent procurement in cross-functional project or product teams.Handover to material planning based on defined milestone.Support capacity management if requested.Your Experiences And SkillsUniversity degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or comparable.5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or category management.Proven negotiation experience with direct and indirect materials.Structured, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.Very good English & German skillsWe offerYou will receive an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits.
