As a Go to Market Manager (f/m/d) at Nuki, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Nuki's smart home business across the USA. Your well-organised and structured approach, business acumen, and industry expertise will be crucial in establishing and maintaining strong partnerships and driving revenue growth in the respective regions. You are passionate about technology, innovation, and making a lasting impact in the smart home sector. Your Role
* You develop and manage the execution of a comprehensive business strategy for the USA, aligning with overall company-wide objectives, customer needs and market trends in the smart home industry.
* You manage business controlling and demand planning processes.
* You analyze local market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to position strategies.
* You coordinate internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure alignment and meet agreed KPIs.
* You represent Nuki at industry events, conferences, and trade fairs as the primary spokesperson.
Job Requirements
* You have 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role within Sales, Marketing or Business Development within the consumer electronics or technology sectors and hold a relevant university degree.
* You are enthusiastic for developing new business areas, markets and building partnerships as well as driving revenue growth.
* You have a strong understanding of smart home technologies (IoT in general), e-commerce and related market trends.
* You are highly organised and well-structured, as well as skilled in problem-solving, and decision-making.
* You have native-level proficiency in English; additional language skills (ideally Spanish) are an advantage.
* You have knowledge of the US market and a willingness to travel approx. once a month.
* You focus on what is possible, have a strong growth mindset and go the extra-mile.

For the advertised position, a minimum salary of € 3,843,- gross per month applies according to the collective agreement (no all-in). Willingness to significantly overpay if you have the appropriate qualifications.
