Business Adoption Expert (all genders) – Digital Transformation, Vienna | Full time
We are looking for a Business Adoption Expert for our Digital Transformation department who supports the organization across regions and functions in the adoption of our Digital Transformation endeavors, such as the implementation of a new ERP system and other digital products. You will develop Change Management strategies and suitable templates, guide project workstreams in conducting change impact analyses, preparing training plans and required materials. You will identify potential challenges and resistance points that could arise during the change process and create mitigation plans. Moreover, you build strong relationships with key stakeholders at all organizational levels, as well as design and implement communication plans to keep them informed about the digital initiatives and the related benefits. Moderate international travel will be required.
Your position

You will amongst others develop Change Management strategies and suitable templates, guide project workstreams in conducting change impact analyses, preparing training plans and required materials. You will identify potential challenges and resistance points that could arise during the change process and create mitigation plans. Moreover, you build strong relationships with key stakeholders at all organizational levels, as well as design and implement communication plans to keep them informed about the digital initiatives and the related benefits. In this position, moderate international travel will be required.
Your tasks
* Design of required regional and functional set-up Change Management activities
* Close collaboration with the Program Office to align on timings of milestones
* Identifying risks to Business Adoption that could impact project implementation and proposing suitable mitigation actions
* Implementing Key User and Product Owner concepts for sustainable Business Adoption
* Definition of suitable KPIs to measure the degree of Business Adoption
* Plan and coordinate communications for an effective flow of information to the right target group – updates within the large Program organization, as well as at regional/functional/global level
Your profile
* A Master degree in business management/administration, IT, finance or similar
* Proficiency in Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
* Several years of work experience, preferably in Change Management or Communications
Languages: English – Fluent

The annual gross salary for this full-time position starts at €62,000.00, based on qualifications, experience, and market values.
