We are expanding our footprint and looking for a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to drive our business development efforts across regions and industries.
Your Responsibilities
* Lead the strategic and operational expansion of COYERO’s B2B sales activities
* Identify, acquire, and onboard new partners (tourism boards, cities/municipalities, mobility operators, event & leisure venues, infrastructure providers)
* Manage, support, and grow existing key accounts to build long‑term relationships
* Conduct market and competitor analyses and derive sales strategies
* Represent COYERO at industry events, fairs, conferences, and customer meetings
* Work closely with Product, Tech, and Marketing teams to shape customized solutions
* Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closing
* Maintain CRM, pipeline forecasting, and structured reporting
Your Profile
* 5+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, digital solutions, smart city/smart mobility, tourism tech, or related fields
* Proven track record in solution selling and winning strategic partnerships
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Strong hunter mentality paired with relationship‑building strength
* Experience working with public institutions or tourism/mobility sectors is a plus
* Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
* Willingness to travel across Europe (with a focus on the DACH region) and to international markets, particularly the US
* Independent, structured, target‑driven work style
