We are looking for a passionate Butler to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You will be responsible for delivering highly personalised, discreet, and anticipatory service to guests, ensuring an exceptional and memorable stay.
* Greet guests upon arrival and provide a seamless check-in experience
* Anticipate guest needs and preferences, offering tailored recommendations and services
* Maintain a discreet and professional presence at all times
* Act as the primary point of contact for guests, coordinating with other departments (Housekeeping, Concierge, F&B) to ensure flawless service delivery
* Arrange dining reservations, spa appointments, transportation, and special requests
* Ensure guest rooms and suites are impeccably prepared according to luxury standards
* Uphold the highest level of discretion and confidentiality regarding guest information
Profile:
* Previous experience as a Butler or in luxury hospitality (5-star or ultra-luxury environment).
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing guest needs.
