Responsibilities
Design, implement, and optimize OS IT processes.
Manage KPIs and ensure operational excellence.
Oversee IT projects and the entire application portfolio.
Act as the main contact for all IT topics.
Develop IT strategy and architecture, including cybersecurity.
Lead digitalization initiatives and the Center of Excellence.
Implement the global IT service strategy within OS and drive tech harmonization.
Align all IT initiatives with corporate goals and regulatory requirements.
Enforce governance, policies, and act as liaison to Corporate IT.
Optimize and standardize IT processes using data-driven improvements.
Ensure adherence to target architecture and approve developments.
Manage IT infrastructure, service, and workforce transitions with strong change management.

Requirements
10+ years of experience in IT, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
Think cross-functionally and work process-oriented.
Communicate with clarity and persuasiveness at all levels.
Lead diverse teams in complex environments.
Negotiate fluently in both German and English.
Have unrestricted access to the Austrian labor market.
