Sales director (f/m/x) central/northern/eastern europe

Allergies are diagnosed in a highly specific manner so that patients receive help by their specialist in no time. We need you for:

· Own and drive commercial performance across the countries in Central, Northern and Eastern Europe, a territory with a mix of direct and distributor markets.

· Lead, coach and develop a team of high-performing direct sales managers

· Manage, lead, and support sales managers and distributors through the entire sales pipeline - from forecasting and funnel reviews to deal closure.

· Drive local strategy execution and assure consistent brand positioning

· Set clear goals and KPIs, track progress rigorously, and hold partners and team members accountable for results.

· Provide actionable insights and regular updates on sales metrics, market opportunities, and local activities.

Your profile:

· You are a highly driven and performance-oriented Sales Leader willing to take full ownership

· Several years of successful Partner and Channel Management

· Proven track-record of successful leadership and people management

· Preferably experience in the field of medical technology and life sciences

· Willingness to work at least 3 days per week on site in Vienna

· Excellent command of English, German ideally as well

· Willingness to travel

· Experience in CRM tools

· Open and communicative personality
