What you'll do
* Working in conjunction with Marketing, Sales & Supply Chain Managers to develop and progressively improve forecasting processes, improve accuracy and reduce forecast volatility through coordinated innovation activity
* Collect Sales Management, KAM forecast data on weekly basis, identifying trends on fast & slow moving products
* Updating production plan and preparing the rolling forecast template
* Manage agreement and drive judgment towards realistic and accurate forecast & delivery plan
* Facilitate Consensus meeting with relevant divisional heads to confirm sales forecast from Key Account Managers, and Sales Director
* Collect, share and input weekly forecast data to GSCP
* Maintain seasonality trend and impact of exceptional market changes
* Monitor periodical performance measures and supplier/customer non-conformance in order to enable process improvement in the Supply Chain
* Analysis of historical & market trend
What you must have
* University Degree in business administration or related field
* 2-3 years work experiences in Sales or Customer Service Department
* Very good overview of the commercial process, production planning and retail interface/ order fulfilment
* Strong ability to work assertively in a cross functional environment and attain consensus between all parties
* Logical common sense and proactive approach to business, strong analytical skills
* Good interpersonal and participative team working skills
* Excellent communication skills, particularly good written & presentation skills
* Intermediate knowledge of Logistics & Supply Chain principles
* Very good knowledge of English
* Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel

* Knowledge of German and/ or Korean is an asset

The monthly minimum salary for this position is EUR 2,700,- gross for 38.5 hours/week.
