The Role
As a Junior Campaign Specialist, you’ll work with a portfolio of new clients to help them build and optimize their first online advertising campaigns. You’ll act as a trusted consultant, guiding businesses to success through impactful Google Ads strategies.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage PPC campaigns for new clients
Detect customer needs and objectives, ensuring campaign success
Upsell and grow client investment while boosting sustainability
Work in a dynamic, fast-paced international environment
Qualifications
German at C2 level + high level of English
1–2 years experience in sales and/or online advertising (a big plus if it’s digital marketing!)
Strong communication, analytical and time‑management skills
BA/BS degree or equivalent (Marketing/Communications a plus)

Salary: 23.876 gross/year + up to 3.408 bonus/year
