About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Dealer Network Manager to lead the development, expansion and optimisation of Tadano Oceania’s National Dealer Network within allocated products. With a core focus on PM Knuckle Boom Cranes, and extended responsibility for aerial work platforms (including crawler‑mounted) and truck‑mounted cranes, this role is key to driving business Dealer Network Sales growth and market penetration across Australia for these products.
As Dealer Network Manager, you will play a critical role in building and strengthening Dealer relationships, improving Dealer sales performance and expanding our market footprint. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, your responsibilities for allocated products will include:
Developing and executing Dealer network strategies to expand our presence in high‑potential markets and optimising Dealer sales performance.
Driving Dealer sales growth and market share through a high‑performance Dealer Network.
Identifying and onboarding new Dealers in strategic locations to support product availability and customer service.
Conducting market and territory analysis collaborating with Tadano Oceania Sales teams in relevant regions to identify Dealer Network sales growth opportunities and align network development.
Acting as a key liaison between Tadano Oceania and Dealer Partners, ensuring brand consistency and service standards.
Travelling interstate as required to engage with relevant Dealers, assess market needs and support commercial activities.
About You
Proven experience as a Sales Manager in aligned areas and experience in Dealer development for new and existing products to market.
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving business growth and market penetration.
Strong product knowledge of PM Knuckle Boom Cranes, exposure to aerial platforms and truck‑mounted cranes is advantageous.
Proven expertise in driving sales through Dealer networks, setting targets and implementing effective Dealer sales strategies.
Excellent relationship building, communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a team with a focus on execution and measurable outcomes.
Willingness to travel regularly across Australia.
