Job Description
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding and analyzing business and operational processes and customer needs. You will derive relevant end-to-end system processes, create solution requirements, assess impacts of changes to the technical solution, and prepare specifications and designs.
You will work closely with agile development teams, infrastructure experts, validation teams, integration leads, operational teams, and project managers to ensure proper implementation. Your responsibilities will also include collaboration with Project and Technical Delivery Managers and System Architects to provide estimations and develop an overall implementation solution plan.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Master's degree in system design/engineering, software architecture, computer science, information technology, electrical engineering, telematics, or similar
* 3+ years of experience in system design or engineering in a professional environment
* Beneficial: IPMA Project Management Certification (level D or C, or equivalent), IREB certification, SAFe experience
* Experience in electronic toll collection, telematic, or telecommunication business preferred
