Do you want to lead automation projects that shape the future of our factory? In this role, you take ownership of major automation engineering projects and drive the development and implementation of the Controls Masterplan. You work closely with local teams, global experts and external partners to ensure projects meet legal requirements and Mars engineering standards – while continuously improving our production environment. *What are we looking for?** You hold a degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics. You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in a relevant field. You have strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, MES and ERP systems. You work independently and have analytical and problem-solving skills. You bring solid project management skills and enjoy driving projects forward. You thrive in high-performing teams and contribute to a collaborative environment. You communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders. You speak fluent German an
