A Snapshot of Your Day
In this exciting position, you will lead the progress and improvement of Siemens Energy’s transformer service expansion portfolio, with a significant focus on creativity and collaborative efforts. You’ll identify, compose, and build new service offerings. Your day will be spent translating vision into action: from conceptualization and strategy through market launch and continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with global teams across engineering, sales, R&D, and marketing. Additionally, you will work together with suppliers and customers to develop solutions that support Siemens Energy’s sustainability goals.
How You’ll Make An Impact
* Lead the expansion of Siemens Energy’s transformer service portfolio by developing innovative, customer‑centric offerings that are scalable and drive sustainability and business performance
* Run pilot initiatives to validate new service concepts, gather customer feedback, and refine offerings for successful market entry
* Establish strategic partnerships with internal and external customers to co‑create services that extend asset life and reduce environmental impact
* Drive commercialization efforts through structured innovation processes and R&D project management, ensuring timely roll‑out and adoption
* Transfer developed portfolio elements to our operations organization as a strategic step in scaling delivery and impact
What You Bring
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field
* Proven experience with transformers or other high‑voltage assets, and a deep understanding of service business models
* Strong background in innovation, strategic partnerships, or M&A is a plus
* Business acumen and creativity to develop customer‑centric, commercially viable solutions
* Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
* Possesses strong intercultural competence and global team experience, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset, organized approach, and effective work style.

Please note that there is a clear willingness for a higher compensation considering your individual expectations, expertise, and skills. The minimum salary for this position in the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry is in the amount of € 66.676,26 gross/year for a full‑time position (38.5 h/week).
