Data Analyst – Client Coverage Group (Switzerland)

Accountabilities
* Analyze client revenue, product usage, and interaction data to generate insights that inform strategy and drive growth.
* Create, maintain, and evolve reporting metrics covering client revenues, product adoption, interactions, and issue escalations.
* Collaborate with leadership to improve reporting for strategic campaigns, OKRs, and market analysis.
* Design and maintain Looker dashboards to enable self‑service analytics for relationship management and customer success teams.
* Develop reporting frameworks to optimize team resourcing and operational efficiency.
* Build and manage end‑to‑end data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and maintain a single source of truth.
* Automate analytics processes and implement predictive modeling tools to identify opportunities for cross‑selling and churn prevention.
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in a dedicated data analytics role.
* Advanced proficiency in SQL, with BigQuery experience being highly advantageous.
* Strong data modeling skills and experience using Python for analytics.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
* Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
* Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
* Experience as a Looker developer is a strong plus.
* Familiarity with GCP products such as BigQuery, Cloud Functions, and Vertex AI is desirable.
