As our Senior Mobile App Developer, you'll take the lead in driving the development, optimization, and expansion of our mobile applications, including \"wikifolio,\" built with React Native. You'll work closely with our tech lead and cross-functional teams to ensure we're building solutions that truly address customer needs - solutions that are secure, extensible, and ready to scale. As a guardian of the technical maturity in your domain, you'll have a clear view of architectural challenges and shape how we tackle them over time.
Responsibilities
* Architect and implement mobile application features for iOS and Android according to the design provided by the design team.
* Develop and maintain a high-performance, scalable mobile application using React Native.
* Conduct comprehensive performance optimization and stability improvements.
* Implement robust testing strategies.
* Improve continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes with Fastlane & Azure DevOps.
* Review code, provide technical guidance, and maintain high-quality coding standards.
* Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical debt.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship within the mobile team, contributing to the development of high-quality mobile applications.
* Collaborate closely with PM, Design, and Backend teams within an agile organisation, ensuring thorough discussion and alignment of product requirements with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
* Stay updated with the latest mobile development trends and React Native best practices.
Requirements
* 3+ years of professional mobile application development experience.
* 3+ years of experience with React Native.
* Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
* Proven experience in developing and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications.
* Strong understanding of iOS and Android platform-specific considerations.
* Experience with state management strategies and frameworks.
* Experience with mobile app performance optimization techniques.
* Experience with mobile app testing frameworks like React native testing library, and Maestro.
* Understanding of RESTful API integration.
* Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
* Experience with continuous integration and deployment pipelines using Fastlane.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
* An interest in the financial markets is required.
It's a plus if you have
* Knowledge of performance profiling tools like React Dev Tools.
* Understanding of mobile security best practices.
* End-to-end testing in Mobile applications.

The minimum monthly salary for this position is €4,350 gross, in accordance with the IT-collective agreement, however the salary we offer will be adjusted in line with the successful candidate's qualifications and experience.
