This is what you will be doing with us:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product vision and roadmap for platform services.
* Gather and prioritize requirements, aligning them with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
* Create and maintain a well-defined product backlog with clear, actionable user stories.
* Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features and enhancements.
* Act as the primary contact between stakeholders and the development team, facilitating clear communication.
* Monitor and evaluate product performance, using feedback and data to drive improvements.
* Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our products competitive and innovative.
* Evaluate business requirements with the right technical context to ensure feasibility.
* Collaborate with a small group of TPMs to align between teams, exchange experience and knowledge.
* Provide timelines for team deliverables to the company.
* Work with a diverse team from over 15 nationalities.

Is this you?
* University degree or equivalent in Business, IT, or Project Management is a plus.
* Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification is desirable.
* 5+ years of professional experience as a Product Owner, preferably in a technical or internal services environment.
* Previous experience in the sports betting industry is a significant advantage.
* Fluency in English is mandatory; German is an advantage.
* Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
* Experience with cloud technologies, DevOps, microservices architecture, and API management.
* Knowledge of data analytics, machine learning, security best practices, and compliance standards.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for technology and market trends.
* Highly motivated self-starter capable of working independently.
* Some experience in software programming or architecture is an advantage.
