Work within the newly established Global Business Services (GBS) team to facilitate ALDIs organisational transformation and drive significant value creation for ALDI global.
* Support project management for medium to large transformation projects.
* Provide relevant information and support for related business cases, analysing the financial implications for the organisation.
* Monitor service delivery from vendors, ensuring compliance with established quality assurance standards and reviewing performance against service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Manage risks, issues, and mitigation strategies related to service delivery to ensure smooth operations.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to SCM processes, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
* Create compelling presentations for international management discussions and offer project updates and status reports to various stakeholders.
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
* Completed studies in the field of SCM/ logistics, business administration, economics or related subjects.
* 3+ years of work experience in at least one field of SCM, project management or controlling preferably in the context of an international consultancy.
* Experience in project and risk management and developing mitigation plans.
* Proven skills in vendor management, specifically in monitoring service delivery and performance against SLAs and KPIs.
* Self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to work independently with a high degree of initiative.
* Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multinational and cross-functional environment.
* Advanced Excel skills are a must; PowerPoint, Jira & SNOW skills are of advantage.
* Fluent in English, proficiency in German is a plus.
* Willingness to travel internationally and embrace a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 60.900*
