We search for a person to fill the role of our regional HR department in Linz. As part of our team, you will be responsible for various tasks and contribute to the security and flexibility of our products.
Tasks
* All types of confirmations (rental assistance, childcare, banks)
* Holiday notifications for MA
* Entry of various absences
* Editing of employment certificates and doctor's confirmations
* Creation of service contracts, performance evaluations and solutions
* Introduction of new MA on their first workday
* Business trips and expense claims
* Salary inputs (e.g. advertising materials, parking fees)
* Update digital personnel files
* Check travel books
Anforderungen
* Fachspezifische Ausbildung im Bereich Personalverrechnung
* einschlägige Berufserfahrung von Vorteil
* Soziale Kompetenz
* Kommunikationsfreude
* Versiert im Umgang mit MS-Office
* Genaue, selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
