Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries regarding product listings, order statuses, and account management through phone, email, and live chat in German.
* Assist customers with issues related to payment processing, shipping, and returns.
* Provide guidance on using the online marketplace effectively and resolving any technical issues.
* Document customer interactions meticulously in our CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up.
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
* Stay updated on marketplace policies, promotions, and new product offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements
* Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
* Previous experience in customer service, especially within online retail or e-commerce.
* Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
