Your tasks Answering customer inquiries You answer our customers' queries accurately and provide helpful information. You will work closely with the Customer Support team and Development. Solving user problems You identify and resolve problems that may arise while using our software. This includes both technical difficulties and application issues to ensure that our customers can work smoothly. New customer onboarding and training When connecting new customers, you ensure that they have a smooth introduction to our systems. This also includes training sessions in which the functions and options of our software are explained to new users in order to optimize their onboarding. Creation of documentation and bug tickets You create comprehensive documentation that describes in detail both the use of our software and how to fix bugs. You create bug tickets to systematically record technical problems and track their resolution. Carrying out software tests You will carry out systematic software tests to ensure the functionality and user-friendliness of our applications. This enables us to identify potential errors at an early stage and ensure the quality of our software before it is released.
