Growth Marketing Manager (Remote from Malta)

We are currently looking for a Growth Marketing Manager in Malta.In this role, you will lead multi-channel marketing initiatives designed to drive growth and engagement across diverse regions in EMEA. You will combine strategic planning with hands-on campaign management, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure impactful and cohesive marketing efforts. Your work will include email, digital, and event marketing, with a strong emphasis on performance optimization and data-driven decision-making. The position offers the opportunity to influence regional growth, strengthen brand presence, and support revenue objectives while working in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Accountabilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies across multiple platforms and regions, acting as the lead for key countries.
* Manage end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and integration with sales initiatives.
* Design, execute, and optimize targeted email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, demand, and conversions.
* Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, leveraging Google Ads, social media, and regional partnerships to maximize reach and effectiveness.
* Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign success and identify growth opportunities.
* Collaborate with regional sales teams and stakeholders to maximize outbound campaigns, boost event visibility, and align marketing strategies with business goals.
* Provide regular performance reports and actionable recommendations to senior management.
Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* English proficiency, fluency in another language; Spanish is a bonus.
* 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, with a proven record of managing multi-channel campaigns.
* Experience in B2B SaaS or startup environments is preferred.
* Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft) and digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, ).
* Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* Excellent copywriting, communication, and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams and time zones.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize campaign performance.
