Umsetzung klar definierter Anforderungen zu Beginn – mit zunehmender Erfahrung übernimmst du auch selbstständig die Analyse und die Konzeption von Lösungen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit erfahrenen Entwickler*innen, die dich fachlich begleiten und coachen
Mitarbeit in einem agilen Team nach Scrum mit kontinuierlichem Feedback und Raum für Innovation
Beitrag zur technischen und fachlichen Weiterentwicklung des Produkts

Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Uni) im Bereich Softwareengineering oder Wirtschaftsinformatik
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung
Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Webanwendungen mit Java, idealerweise mit Spring, Angular, JSF
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. B2)
