INTERSPORT is on a growth trajectory! Our merchandise management service team is looking for reinforcements.
* Together with the team, you will be responsible for user support of our merchandise management service for INTERSPORT retailers, primarily in Austria, and you will support your colleagues in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary.
* You will provide support for user questions and ensure the technical support of our merchandise management and POS system, as well as other applications at our locations.
* Part of your responsibilities involves the administration and configuration of our systems – from user creation and access control to the maintenance of various applications.
* You can expect a varied job, as this area also serves as an interface to the internal departments at headquarters and the dealers.
* You are the competent contact person for our dealers regarding technical inquiries about system access and system-relevant hardware.
You bring that with you
* A completed technical or business education (e.g. apprenticeship, HTL with IT focus or similar)
* Professional experience in a comparable environment – ideally in application support, service desk or a similar field
* Good IT knowledge of current operating systems, network infrastructure and SQL databases, as well as an understanding of networked systems.
* Asynchronous interfaces (APIs) are a term you are familiar with, ideally you are already acquainted with them.
* You can analyze complex relationships and are proficient in using common tools for processing fault reports.
* You impress with your strong communication skills and excellent German language skills, both spoken and written.
* You work in a structured manner, are organized, and possess an analytical mindset.

Gross monthly salary starting from EUR 3,500.00
