Die Abteilung Corporate Digital Marketing & Media ist angesiedelt in unserem Bereich Marketing und stellt für die BORA Zielgruppe eine erstklassige, abgestimmte Customer Journey auf unseren eigenen digitalen Plattformen sicher. Vom ersten Touchpoint, über die personalisierte Informationsversorgung hin zur Leadgenerierung führen wir die digitale BORA Zielgruppe in den Handel zu unseren analogen Produkten & Produkterlebnissen. Durch die enge Zusammenarbeit mit den weiteren abteilungsübergreifenden Teams stellt die Abteilung eine 360-Grad Kommunikation sicher.
Ihre Aufgaben
* Eigenständige Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung unserer SEA/SEM-Maßnahmen (Google Ads, ggf. weitere Plattformen)
* Operative Steuerung laufender Kampagnen inkl. Budgeteinsatz, Bid-Strategien und KPI-Erreichung
* Einbindung von Performance Marketing in den übergeordneten Media- und Kommunikationsansatz
* Unterstützung bei der Mediabudgetplanung und -kontrolle für den Performance-Bereich
* Kontinuierliche Analyse der Kampagnenperformance und Ableitung konkreter Optimierungsmaßnahmen
* Sicherstellung einer konsistenten Customer Journey auf unseren digitalen owned Kanälen
* Überwachung und Optimierung technischer Grundlagen wie Tracking, Datenfeeds und Schnittstellen
* Erstellung von klaren, entscheidungsrelevanten Reportings inkl. Learnings und Empfehlungen
* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen (Content, Digital Solutions, internationale Teams)
Ihr Profil
* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, E-Business oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
* Erste mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Performance Marketing (z. B. nach einer Junior-Rolle oder Agenturerfahrung)
* Klares Verständnis für Customer Journeys und Performance-KPIs
* Sehr gute praktische Kenntnisse in Google Ads (SEA/SEM)
* Sicherer Umgang mit Analyse- und Tracking-Tools (z. B. Google Analytics)
* Erfahrung im Umgang mit Paid-Social-Plattformen (z. B. Meta)
