Your future area of responsibility
* Analysis, development, and automation of existing CRM processes and interfaces
* Development of CRM strategies for customer loyalty, acquisition, and relationship management
* Maintenance and further development of the CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics)
* Management, control, and implementation of CRM projects
* Close cooperation with internal departments such as sales, marketing, and IT
* Training and support for CRM users within the company
* Development of dashboards and reports for data-driven decisions
* Introduction of the CRM system at subsidiaries and agents
What you can inspire us with:
* At least 5 years of experience in CRM with a focus on digital B2B business
* Comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, including configuration, customization, and integration
* Strong analytical skills and experience with KPIs, reporting, and automation
* In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform: Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, integration of common Microsoft services and external systems
* Good understanding of sales and industry processes
* Team-oriented, responsible, and organized
* Advanced German and English language skills
