Leveraging your unique blend of technical and commercial expertise, you will lead a high-performing team to develop and execute strategies that capitalize on emerging market opportunities in these critical segments.
In your new role, you will:
* Develop and execute design-in strategies to drive business growth and market leadership in AI Power, with a focus on:
* Identifying and pursuing new design-in opportunities with key customers
* Collaborating with customers to develop and implement customized solutions
* Providing support and guidance to customers during the design-in process, in close collaboration with technical marketing
Interface with lead customers to understand their needs, provide product feedback, and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development, marketing, and sales efforts that meet the needs of target applications and customers.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in these segments through market research and analysis, including:
* Analyzing market data and trends
* Engaging with industry experts and thought leaders
You take on new challenges without knowing the right path to an eventual solution in complex situations and make decisions despite uncertain circumstances. You have an entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities in dynamic markets. Furthermore, you have the ability to change others' thinking or gain acceptance in sensitive situations without damaging relationships.
You are best equipped if you have:
* A degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a business-related field with deep technical understanding and interest in the latest technologies
* At least 6 years of professional experience in product marketing, strategy consulting, or business development within the power semiconductor industry
* Know-how of semiconductors, especially power electronics
* Proven track record of driving business growth and market leadership in the semiconductor or electronics industry
* Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities
* Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams
* Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
* Excellent English communication and presentation skills, German is a plus
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to develop and execute complex business plans
* Problem-solving skills to analyze challenges with strategic thinking while being detail-oriented
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience, and qualifications. Employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group I,J (see link). The monthly salary is paid 14 times annually. Higher compensation may be offered depending on your expertise and skills.
