Join our Global HR team at our headquarters in Salzburg and gain hands‑on experience in strategic HR projects while developing your project management skills. You will collaborate with an international team, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to initiatives that make a real impact.
The internship starts as soon as possible and offers flexibility: full‑time is preferred, but part‑time is possible (starting from approx. 10 hrs/week). The duration can range from 6 to 12 months.
Tasks
* Collaborate with senior HR professionals on exciting strategic projects
* Support the Engagement Survey process and help analyze key insights
* Contribute to Job Grading roll‑out and Career Model conception
* Create compelling presentations and clear reports using PowerPoint and Excel
* Ensure smooth coordination and documentation of project activities
Skills
* Currently enrolled student or recent graduate
* Fluent in English, German appreciated
* Confident in using PowerPoint and Excel
* Highly motivated with a strong willingness to learn and grow
* Proactive, organized, detail‑oriented, and an excellent team player
* Flexible availability (part‑time possible, ideally full‑time)

We offer a gross monthly salary of €1,600 for a full‑time internship. For part‑time arrangements, the salary will be adjusted accordingly.
