Your role
* You are responsible for handling product complaints of electronic components
* You drive quality topics forward together with colleagues in an international environment and act as the active link to relevant interfaces
* You perform root cause analyses (e.g. 8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why) and ensure the sustainable effectiveness of measures
* You work closely with suppliers, production, development and international interfaces
* You contribute to the improvement of process flows and product quality
* You support, monitor and drive the further development of our Operations Quality Assurance system
What makes you a great fit
* Completed technical education (HTL, FH, university) in electrical engineering, electronics or a comparable field
* Several years of experience in quality management or quality assurance
* Very good knowledge of common QM methods (8D, root cause analysis, audit methods, etc.)
* Strong communication skills and a hands‑on mentality
* Independent, analytical and structured way of working
* Good language skills in German and English
