Job Description
Succeeding at our organization means working together as a cohesive team. We're looking for an HR Business Partner who will drive the development, implementation, and support of our SAP SuccessFactors solution and related HR systems.
This key role plays a vital part in ensuring the stable and efficient operation of core HR applications, supporting seamless workflows and accurate data management.
By integrating new functionalities, modules, and add-ons, you will help enhance the digital HR landscape, benefiting internal teams through reliable systems and a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for implementing, continuously developing, and providing ongoing support for SAP SuccessFactors modules, including integration and administration of add-ons.
* Evaluate and analyze technical requirements, and implement new solutions to optimize HR processes.
* Manage and monitor collaboration with external service providers to ensure the quality and adherence to deadlines of services delivered.
* Ensure smooth operations by providing 2nd and 3rd level support within the department's area of responsibility.
* Implement and continuously optimize business processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness, as well as create and customize data structures to support business requirements and ensure data integrity.
Qualifications and Skills
* Degree in IT, Human Resources or comparable qualification, along with several years of relevant professional experience in the HR/IT environment.
* Extensive technical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in the area of master data and permissions.
* Expertise in additional HR-related applications and add-ons, such as Concur.
* High degree of initiative, strong ability to work independently, high willingness to learn, solution-oriented thinking, accuracy, and strong team spirit.
* Business fluent in English; German considered an advantage.
