F-Energies GmbH is a holding company owned by the Frizberg family. In addition to Global Hydro Energy GmbH in Upper Austria, which is a leader in the field of hydropower technology, Hereschwerke GmbH in Styria offers complete solutions for electrical and building systems engineering.
Responsibilities
* Take responsibility for the maintenance, development, and optimization of our internal software landscape
* Analyze and gather requirements from business units and translate them into innovative IT solutions
* Manage and coordinate IT projects in the Business Applications area
* Act as an interface between IT, business departments, and external service providers
* Ensure smooth operations, perform error analysis and resolution (2nd/3rd level support)
* Conduct user training and create documentation
Profile
* Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
* At least 5 years of professional experience in Application Management, ideally with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
* Experience in developing software solutions such as Power Apps, Power Automate Flows, and MS Fabric
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure and interface technologies (e.g., REST, OData, Logic Apps) is a plus
* Strong analytical skills, structured working style, and high solution orientation
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Very good command of German and English
