Our client: A medium-sized, regionally anchored bank with clear values, responsible, down-to-earth, and forward-looking. We seek an experienced professional with oversight, expertise, and commitment to manage credit risk.
Your responsibilities:
* Monitoring and analyzing the credit portfolio for risks and performance
* Preparing secondary opinions for financing applications
* Developing and maintaining regular credit reporting
* Assessing the creditworthiness of corporate and private clients, including rating and ongoing monitoring
* Contributing to credit risk strategy and internal control and early warning systems
* Collaborating with market and operations to implement regulatory requirements
* Acting as a contact for management regarding risk and portfolio developments
Your profile:
* Completed economic education (e.g., HAK, university)
* Several years of experience in bank financing, preferably in credit controlling
* Analytical thinking, precision, and high risk awareness
* Careful, structured work style and enjoyment in cross-department collaboration
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements (CRR, BWG, etc.) is a plus

The minimum salary for this position is €90,000 gross, with an option for a company car. The actual pay depends on your qualifications and experience.
