Are you passionate about crafting compelling visual stories and building beautiful, effective brand experiences? We’re looking for a talented Brand Designer (f/m/d) to help shape the visual identity of our brand across all media and platforms.
Your Responsibilities At Waterdrop
* Bring our brand to life across digital and print by creating engaging, high-quality visuals that capture attention and communicate our values.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into compelling design concepts and executions.
* Ensure consistency and excellence in every pixel — whether for social media, campaigns, packaging, presentations, or event materials.
* Apply your expert knowledge of color, layout, and typography to deliver designs with precision and impact.
* Support marketing and creative initiatives with hands-on design work, from concept to final production.
Your Strengths And Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a design role — in-house, at an agency, or with a brand.
* Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, with Photoshop expertise as a must.
* Proficient in Figma and familiar with design systems and component libraries.
* Known for your clean, minimalistic design aesthetic, attention to detail, and strong typographic sensibility.
* Solid understanding of both digital and print production, including color management and basic fabric knowledge.
* Creative, self-driven, and solution-oriented — you take ownership and deliver high-quality results independently.
* Strong portfolio that demonstrates your range, craft, and strategic thinking.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
* Bonus points for skills in 3D rendering, motion design, or animation and experience with tools like Blender, Cinema 4D, or After Effects.

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 40,000 gross per year on a full-time basis. Depending on your qualifications, there is the willingness for overpayment.
