We are looking for a new colleague in our sales department at our location in Vienna.
International Team of specialists / Account Manager in the area of Order intake and Order management, taking care of EMEA Trailer builder with members in many EMEA countries. (Sweden – South Africa and Dubai to Spain ).
The Team in ZF CV Distribution Austria GmbH / Vienna incudes 6 direct reports for OE Trailer and reports serving Aftermarket and Off highway customers. For the dotted line reports he/she is the connection into the local legal entity.
What you can look forward to as “Commercial Sales Desk Professional (m/f/d)”
1. You will interact with a multinational Team serving customers all over EMEA
2. Coordination of cross-country team members within the Sales Teams and strongly aligning with our M&L organization
3. Beside your international role you work with a local Austrian team in our Vienna based ZF company
4. Your responsibilities are to assure the compliance with commercial and administration regulation of the Austrian LRD
5. Implementing & managing all relevant procedures, balancing the workload of the team, and ultimate decision point for shipment allocation and settling disputes if teams can’t solve in their own responsibilities
6. Final approver level for business related credit notes & bonus programs according to DoA
Your Profile as “Commercial Sales Desk Professional (m/f/d)”
7. Bachelor´s degree in economics in Business, Economics or a related field
8. Several years of experience in a Sales position
9. Good knowledge of legal Austrian requirements especially around export control
10. A commercial mindset and need to understand commercial
11. Knowledge of SAP will be a strong plus
12. Very good German and English language skills are required
Classification Our employees impress with their talent and personality. We therefore determine your gross salary individually with you. An overpayment of the collective agreement minimum salary of € 4.,00 gross/month is therefore possible depending on qualifications and professional experience.
