The position of IT Solution Architect in the area of Group Performance Management plays a central role in the development and implementation of a group-wide management platform (enabled by Anaplan) to make business processes more efficient and future-proof.
This job profile describes the essential qualifications, competencies and tasks expected in order to successfully overcome complex technical challenges within a dynamic corporate group.
The aim is to bridge the gap between business requirements and technological implementation, thereby making a lasting contribution to the company's success.
Job Profile:
* Overall Architecture | Ability to design a holistic modelling approach that covers management requirements, data integration and stakeholder output.
* Data Integration | Experience in connecting heterogeneous source systems (ERP, CRM, data warehouses) as well as designing and managing data governance and ensuring data integrity and timeliness.
* Security & Governance | Secure implementation of access controls, roles and permissions, as well as documentation of architectural schemas and design decisions.
Professional Experience:
* Planning Domains | Experience in implementing complex business logics (e.g. driver-based planning, simulations & scenarios, portfolio analyses) as well as an understanding of our core planning domain with a focus on FP&A – Financial Planning & Analysis.
* Requirements Analysis | Excellent skills in requirements engineering and business process analysis, as well as the ability to translate complex Excel models or existing processes into efficient, scalable models.
* User Experience (UX) | Focus on dashboard usability and user guidance to ensure high adoption rates throughout the group.
Personal Skills:
* Communication & Stakeholder Management | Ability to act as an intermediary between Finance/Business, IT and end users. Effective communication and presentation of architectural decisions.
* Leadership & Mentoring | Technical guidance for model builders and development teams. Conducting training sessions and workshops. Group-wide alignment: Ability to enforce architectural standards and best practices within diverse corporate structures and to support or help shape an Anaplan Centre of Excellence (CoE).
