About The Role
The Key Account Manager will manage major pharmacy accounts and drive results while maintaining work-life balance. This is a 12-month parental leave cover contract, working 22.5 hours per week.
What You'll Be Responsible For
1. Nurture and grow key partnerships with national broker partners in the pharmacy channel.
2. Present and secure new product listings across state accounts and brokers.
3. Provide support and tools to enhance broker sales success.
4. Evaluate broker reports, territory activity, and distribution levels, and implement improvements.
5. Promote our brand portfolio (Vicks, Euky Bear, Bosisto’s, Braun) across all categories.
6. Plan and execute promotional activities within budget and track performance with detailed reports.
7. Negotiate with category teams to maintain healthy margins.
8. Drive business growth through accurate forecasting and identifying new opportunities.
9. Maintain strong communication and collaboration with internal teams.

Ideally, You Will
* Have 3+ years of experience in pharmacy account management, preferably with broker or field team exposure.
* Have a proven record of exceeding sales targets and managing key accounts.
* Possess strong commercial acumen, including forecasting, costing, and profitability management.
* Have excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
* Be a confident presenter capable of engaging, influencing, and driving results.
* Be highly organized, analytical, and motivated to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
