We are looking for an AI Expert (Agentic Workflows, LLMs Fine Tuning ...) who’s ready to take ownership of our AI from day one. You should thrive under pressure, work autonomously, and have a hands‑on attitude. Think like an athlete: disciplined, self‑motivated, and pushing through when it gets tough.
Aufgaben
* Build context-aware multilingual conversational AI agents with proactive task‑handling capabilities.
* Develop multimodal AI systems integrating text, image, and other data using frameworks like CLIP.
* Fine‑tune LLMs with LoRA / PEFT and evaluate using BLEU, ROUGE, and human‑in‑the‑loop metrics.
* Prototype and deploy AI features as production‑grade services with robust API integration.
* Implement AI governance for ethical usage, bias mitigation and GDPR / CCPA compliance with explainability tools.
Qualifikation
* Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI or related field or equivalent experience.
* 3 years in AI engineering with expertise in LLMs fine‑tuning and evaluation metrics.
* Proficiency in Node.js, Langchain / Langraph or other frameworks.
* Experience with API‑driven development and deploying scalable AI solutions in cloud environments.
* Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy regulations (GDPR / CCPA).
* Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
