Responsibilities: Conduct service and inspection visits at customer sites Implement Klüber TPM service elements and solutions Plan and document projects in CRM systems Prepare technical and commercial documentation Support product development with technical and market input Contribute to new product launches and go-to-market strategies Address product-related complaints and application challenges Provide technical support at trade shows and industry events Develop benefit-oriented product arguments for sales support Create cost-benefit analyses and customer success stories (e.g., VCS) Manage OEMs and secure/renew technical approvals Write technical articles and deliver expert presentations Drive cross-selling and support the sales team with technical insights Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends Identify business opportunities and growth potential in the assigned region Qualifications: Degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable technical qualification Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken Confident use of MS Office and experience with CRM systems Strong market and customer orientation with a proactive working style High level of cooperation, strong communication skills, and willingness to compromise Team-oriented mindset and collaborative approach Willingness to travel up to 60% within the assigned region The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
