Erste Group Commercial Real Estate is Erste Group's expert unit for real estate financing across Central, Eastern, and South-Eastern Europe, offering tailored solutions for office, retail, logistics, and hospitality projects. The CRE Execution Management Department is a key partner to the Commercial Real Estate sales teams, supporting client onboarding, transaction coordination, and daily servicing. It plays a vital role in the transaction lifecycle, credit monitoring, and operational efficiency, ensuring smooth execution across all real estate financing activities.
Your Tasks
* Provide daily business support, including client onboarding, payment transactions, and ad-hoc inquiries
* Maintain data accuracy and assist with document management across internal systems
* Support the preparation of transaction, annual reviews, limit requests
* Help collect and organize client and business-related documentation
* Assist with internal reporting, documentation, and data collection
* Contribute to presentations materials for client meetings and events
Your Background
* Ongoing studies at University/University of Applied Sciences with a background in business, economics, law
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
* Good communication skills in German and English (professional level)
* Interest in real estate and financial services
