Overview:
We are a leading global regulated crypto exchange, with a strong international footprint and growing presence across Europe. As we deepen our commitment to building a fully compliant and high-performing platform in the region, we are seeking a hands-on, senior leader to take charge of our European exchange operations.
This role will be the key interface between local market operations and our headquarters, ensuring that regional needs are aligned with our global strategy, regulatory obligations are met, and our platform runs smoothly, securely, and efficiently.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead and scale our end-to-end exchange operations in Europe, covering areas such as user operations, liquidity monitoring, incident response, and local compliance coordination
* Act as the bridge between local teams and HQ, ensuring clear execution of global strategies while tailoring for regional nuances
* Work cross-functionally with product, compliance, BD, and engineering teams to resolve operational issues and launch new features or products in Europe
* Maintain high standards of operational excellence, user trust, and regulatory compliance
* Represent the company in operational discussions with key partners, vendors, and possibly regulators (as needed)
What We’re Looking For:
* 7+ years of experience in crypto exchange operations, with deep exposure to trading systems, user operations, liquidity or platform stability
* Strong track record at top-tier crypto exchanges
* Exceptional coordination and execution skills — you're not just a strategist, but a doer
* Deep understanding of the European crypto landscape, including market trends, user expectations, and regulatory context
* Comfortable working across time zones with global stakeholders
* Passionate about the future of crypto and eager to shape it within a regulated, scalable, and user-focused framework
* Fluency in English and strong Mandarin communication skills are required for cross-border collaboration.
