As Agile Delivery Manager
, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects. With a foundation rooted in t
he Scrum Master
profession and shared agile values, you bring strong leadership and organizational skills to guide teams, foster collaboration, optimize delivery processes, and drive efficient project outcomes. This unique position requires a deep understanding of agile methodologies and the ability to adapt your approaches depending on the project environment.
Your job's key responsibilities
* are:Setting up and maintaining a clear and effective collaboration environ
ment, establishing roles, events, artefacts, and communication channels
* Keeping stakeholders aligned on project progress, changes and outc
omes to ensure transparency.
* Working closely with Product Owners to define delivera
bles that align with business objectives.
* Guiding teams in Agile practices and princi
ples to foster continuous improvement in delivery processes.
* Identifying, managing and mitigating risks and dependen
cies to safeguard successful project outcomes.
* Overseeing epic prioritization, tracking progress and measuring outcomes/ deli
very (KPIs). Focusing on delivering measurable business value.
* Assembling and supporting cross-functional t
eams to drive efficient and successful project execution.
* Promoting a culture of learning, accountability and improve
ment, driving enhancements in the delivery process and embracing feedback
YOUR SKILLS
* 3+ years in Scrum Master and/or Delivery Manage
r roles, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects
* Expertise in agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
* Leadership, organizational, and planning
skills with a focus on continuous improvement and a people-centered approach
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication ab
ilities to build and maintain strong client relationships
* Problem-solving and time-management
skills, especially in removing obstacles to drive business value
* Proficiency with tools
like Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms
* Flexibility to travel as
needed (
10-20%)
* Fluent German
skills are a must
* Certification in Scrum (CSM or PSM) or Agile methodologies is a plus
