Wir suchen zum sofortigen Eintritt bei unserem Kunden Senior Technical Product & Delivery Lead (m/f/*) Linz Vollzeit Job-ID: 15367 Ihre neue Herausforderung * Lead internal and external development team and provide overall technical leadership * Define, review, and continuously improve system and solution architecture * Translate business requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions * Own Azure cloud architecture for the product, including resource management, environments, deployments, and cost control * Review, maintain, and improve Infrastructure * Ensure compliance with security, data protection, and operational standards * Manage releases, technical milestones, access, licenses, and system documentation * Define product vision, roadmap, annual scope, milestones, and non-functional requirements * Lead technical stakeholder communication and define integration requirements * Manage product development budgeting, resource planning, and forecasting * Own and prioritize the product backlog; define epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and scope decisions * Support sprint execution, clarify requirements, remove blockers, and accept delivered work * Establish and improve agile ways of working; facilitate planning, refinement, and retrospectives * Coach teams on Scrum, ensure delivery transparency, and drive continuous improvement * Conduct Team meetings and 1-on-1, ensure team well-being, and drive continuous improvement Ihre Kompetenzen Technical Expertise * Experience working in enterprise organizations. * Experience leading hybrid (internal external) software development teams and providing technical direction. * Strong expertise in designing, reviewing, and improving system and solution architectures. * Ability to translate business needs into secure, scalable technical solutions. * Solid cloud computing expertise with a focus on Azure (resources, environments, deployments, cost control). * Good understanding of infrastructure, security, and compliance standards. * Experience managing releases, documentation, access, and licenses. * Strong capability in defining integration requirements and communicating with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Product & Delivery * Experience defining product vision, roadmaps, annual scopes, milestones, and nonfunctional requirements. * Strong experience owning and prioritizing product backlogs, including defining epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. * Experience with budgeting, resource planning, and forecasting. Leadership * Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience facilitating planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives. * Experience coaching teams on Agile principles and ensuring transparency in delivery. * Demonstrated leadership experience including conducting team meetings, 1on1s, and ensuring high team morale. Collaboration and Communication * Collaboration with stakeholders across multiple business segments and departments both technical and management * Communication of key topics, updates and new releases to stakeholders * Collaboration, communication and leadership of external partner development team supporting technical product development * To ensure good communication across the team and stakeholders, fluency in both German and English is a prerequisite.
