We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven leader to join our team at Westfield Fountain Gate as a Retail Manager. In this dual role, you will manage relationships with our retail partners, support their success, drive results, and advocate for their needs, while also leading the Concierge teams to deliver exceptional customer service. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Coach and mentor the Concierge teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and improve NPS.
2. Create a customer-focused environment, driving new initiatives and building strong community and stakeholder partnerships.
3. Oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth operations and excellent presentation of the Centre.
4. Build strong relationships with retail staff, customers, and key community and government stakeholders.
5. Identify areas for growth in retailer and customer performance, creating plans to improve the Centre.
6. Handle incidents and emergencies according to company procedures.
7. Perform Duty Manager responsibilities as part of a rotating weekend and evening roster with the Centre Management Team.
