Position reports to: EL Commercial Operations Manager
Location: Position based in any of the Machine Automation offices within Europe to support collaboration across Europe, the US, and Asia.
Responsibilities Lead the implementation of a global commercial training program aligned with sales strategy, covering sales, application, leadership, and customer engagement capabilities.
Build and coordinate a global training network with regional counterparts to ensure consistent deployment and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Training Academy, Leadership teams) to leverage and complement existing training offerings without duplication.
Monitor program effectiveness, adoption, and impact, ensuring continuous improvement and scalability of training initiatives.
Act as a key interface between global and regional stakeholders, ensuring consistent, high‑impact commercial capability building across markets.
Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in sales training, commercial enablement, or organizational development preferably in a global or regional role.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience in commercial training programs, sales capability building, or training academy environments (non‑generic, business‑focused training).
Project and stakeholder management skills in complex, matrix organizations.
Experience working with global and regional teams, ideally in a virtual and cross‑cultural environment.
Ability to design and implement scalable training frameworks and learning journeys.
Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Fluency in English required.

Minimum compensation in Austria: €4,341.85 monthly for a full‑time position as of May 2025.
