Aufgaben
* Coordinate logistics for order deliveries and ensure smooth execution
* Support the Sales Managers with public tender documents and presentations
* Ensure the team is equipped with marketing materials and resources
* Follow up on invoicing and unpaid accounts
* Be a reliable daily support for the Sales team in their operational tasks
Profil
* Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required; French skills are a plus
* Based in Spain (remote work) or in Vienna (on-site presence)
* Strong account management skills and a genuine "customer-first" attitude
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), time management, and prioritization abilities
* Experience with public tenders (preferred)
* Background in the medical field and experience with Salesforce are a plus
* Empathetic, collaborative personality with a strong team spirit
