Sales & Account Manager (m/f/x) - B2B Marketing & Media at Interactive Paper. Drive new business, manage client relationships from first outreach to finished campaigns, and help shape the sales organization as we grow.
Base pay range
Full Ownership – High Drive – No Cap. We’re not looking for a “salesperson.” We’re looking for a doer who gets out there, takes action, closes deals, and builds customer relationships from first outreach to finished campaign.

Responsibilities
* Business Development / Hunter (~50%): Identify, contact, and win new decision-makers at agencies, brands, and companies, online, at trade fairs, and conferences. Convert warm inbound leads and build your outbound pipeline.
* Strategic Account Management (~30%): Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, develop relationships, and identify expansion opportunities. Focus on high-growth potential accounts while maintaining strong client relationships.
* Project Support (~20%): Support the project team on campaign execution during growth, staying connected to delivery and outcomes. This ratio may decrease as we scale.
* Shape Your Future Role: As we grow, design how these responsibilities evolve. High performers may specialize in Hunter/New Business or grow into Team Lead, building the sales arm and future structure.
* Innovation & Growth: Experiment with new sales approaches and own new ideas. Collaborate with Marketing, Product & Operations to build the sales function of tomorrow.
Requirements
* 3+ years of B2B sales experience: ideally in marketing, media, or an agency environment with a proven track record of closing deals and building pipelines.
* Existing network and relationships: decision-makers and agencies you can activate from day one.

Benefits
* Base + Variable Compensation: Target OTE €100,000 in Year 1, with a 50-50 to 65-35 split depending on qualifications, no cap. Your performance directly drives success.
* Salary reference: Minimum salary according to KV Handel (trade): €2,807 gross/month, with potential to significantly exceed based on qualifications and experience.
