About The Role
We are seeking a Production Quality Associate to ensure production and facility compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This role is the key link between Production and Quality, providing first-line support for inspections, deviations, and document reviews, as well as helping to drive a culture of quality across the site.
In This Role, You Will
* Review, update, and support training on Production SOPs with Team Leaders
* Create and maintain Master Batch documentation for Blending and Packing
* Coordinate investigations with SMEs and prepare deviation/NCR reports
* Raise and manage change controls for products, processes, equipment, and facilities
* Conduct weekly inspections of production areas, providing coaching on compliance and quality matters
* Support defect/reject management and production documentation processes
About You
We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-focused, and passionate about quality. You will ideally bring:
* A degree in Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
* 5+ years’ experience in a Quality or Production environment (pharmaceuticals or FMCG preferred)
* Strong knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical quality systems (PIC/S guidelines desirable)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and coach others
* Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
* A collaborative team player who can also work independently when required
