We deploy experienced sales executives and promoters to execute tailored campaigns—from sampling and promotions to experiential events—that drive customer contact, brand awareness, and sales.Your role:Define and Execute the ambitious commercial strategy for sustained, profitable growth across the DACH marketAssume full P&L ownership of the €12.5M+ business unit, ensuring operational efficiency and margin targets are metCultivate and Elevate relationships with key Global FMCG and Retail accounts to secure long-term partnershipsMentor, Develop, and Empower the commercial leadership team plus lead the operational businessServe as the primary market ambassador for Plus Promotion Sales, driving high-level new business negotiations and market positioningHold a seat on the Plus Promotion Sales Board, contributing to overall corporate strategy and governance.What we're looking for:Commensurate experience of Senior Commercial Leadership (Director/VP level) within Field Marketing, Agency Services, or FMCG/Retail (servicing FMCG/Retail clients)Demonstrable track record of owning and successfully scaling a P&L of €12.5M+Exceptional executive presence; a natural relationship builder and master negotiator capable of managing C-suite client engagementsA strategic, data-driven operator with deep financial acumen (P&L management, forecasting, capex planning)Professional fluency in both German (Austrian dialect a significant advantage) and English is mandatoryWe offer:Salary of up to €115,000 basic salary and competitive bonusCompany car appropriate for a field-based Director roleOpportunities for Global Career Mobility within the broader Smollan Group (70+ countries)Ready to own the growth strategy for a market leader?
