Key Responsibilities
* Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy as well as develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure feasibility while translating business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
* Prioritize features, enhancements and bug fixes based on impact and effort and track progress to ensure timely delivery of product milestones.
* Lead agile ceremonies (e.g. sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives) and participate in solution functional architecture discussions.
* Effectively communicate product updates, timelines and risks to technical teams and business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications (Mandatory)
* Completed technical degree (e.g. Master in ICT / Digital Transformation) and at least 1 year of professional experience in Product management, Project management or Digital Transformation.
* Ability to work as a team player as well as independently and in a structured manner.
* Skills in SAFe Scrum and PMP are advantageous.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Language skills
English (C1) and German (at least B2).
Benefits
Your annual gross target salary is at least EUR 46,000 (all-in) for a Specialist position. Depending on qualifications and experience we will agree on your actual salary in a personal discussion. Your salary will increase annually with us.
