Responsibilities
* Technical, economic and organisational overall responsibility for processing construction projects with a focus on renovation and revitalisation of existing buildings and additions.
* Coordination of staff.
* Set up of construction site.
* Responsibility for the use of machines and equipment.

* Compliance with statutory safety regulations.
* Authority and customer service.
* Other tasks.
Qualifications
* Technical education such as HTL, FH or university.
* Several years of experience in a similar function.
* Leadership competence and experience.

We guarantee merit‑based pay. According to GLBG the collective‑contractual minimum salary in level A3 for years 1 and 2 is € 3,593.00 to A4 for years 1 and 2 € 5,099.00 gross per month. Depending on your experience and qualifications we offer a corresponding premium.
